When teachers and students use our computer labs, computer carts, and library area, one of your responsibilities is to verify that they are using the equipment that they signed up for. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Go to http://calendar.google.com.
- Log in with the username shepherdmediacenter and the password bluejays.
- Locate the calendars in the column on the left.
- Next to the correct calendar, click the drop-down arrows and click on View Only This Calendar.
- Check to make sure that the teacher is signed up for the lab, cart, or library area.
- Please demonstrate this to your teacher the first time that you log in!
